Can I use a Rewards Voucher or Discount Code against a Gift Set?
No - Holiday Gift Sets are excluded from all discount codes and other promotional offers.
Can I send a Holiday Gift Set as a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter their delivery address at checkout. Prices are never shown on order slips, making it perfect for gifting. You will need to make sure to let them know it's from you, though!
What is the returns policy on Gift Sets?
Gift Sets are not eligible for a return under our Change Of Mind returns policy, however if you experience any issue or fault with your Gift Set or it's contents, please contact our Customer Service Team. This does not affect your statutory rights.
