We understand that buying a complexion product online can feel uncertain. But, with our complimentary shade swapping service, you can rest easy that you’re shopping risk free. If your shade isn't quite right, we promise to help you find your perfect match and will send you your replacement shade at no extra cost. Our team is always on hand to guide you through the process, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

We offer a 60-day returns policy. Depending on the condition of the item:

Unopened, sealed, in original packaging: we can offer a full refund once the item is returned to us.

Gently used (e.g. tested once): we can offer an exchange once the item is returned to us.

Please note, returns are assessed on arrival. Items used more than once are not eligible for return or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Some of our complexion products share the same shade ranges, so your shade will carry across those products. For example, HydraTint and Tint & Glow use the same shades, as do Second Skin and Satin Silk.

Cream Cushion has its own shade range and does not map directly to our other complexion products, so you may need to find your shade separately for that one.

HydraTint
Perfect for no-makeup makeup days, this tinted serum gives skin a sheer veil of coverage with an ultra-soft finish. Made with 90% skincare ingredients and SPF 20, it’s suitable for oily and dry skin.

Tint & Glow
Love to glow? Make this tinted moisturiser your go-to for instant radiance. With light coverage, SPF 30 and a luminous finish, it’s suitable for normal and dry skin.

Cream Cushion
Your on-the-go base for buildable coverage with a silky, real-skin finish. Love trying the newest beauty tech? You'll love the innovative mesh applicator. With SPF 30, it’s suitable for oily and dry skin.

Second Skin Dewy
For everyday glow, this medium-coverage foundation gives skin a fresh, naturally radiant finish that still looks like skin. With SPF 50, it’s best suited to normal to dry skin.

Second Skin Matte
For soft-matte skin, this medium-coverage foundation keeps shine in check while leaving skin looking smooth and natural, never flat. With SPF 50, it’s best suited to normal to oily skin.

Satin Silk
