Get The Look - Sculpted Look Book

Hello!

We had the absolute pleasure of opening our first Sculpted Store in Dundrum last night! Thanks to everybody for coming in to say hi and for all the well wishes from everyone, we're just absolutely blown away by the reaction! So today we're going to do a quick run through of one of our signature Sculpted Makeover looks that our Sculpted Squad will be creating in our brand new store! Yay!

Base

We've used Beauty Base on the stunning Caoimhe to prep and prime the skin. We absolutely love this product and all the feedback we've received on it. This is a 3-in-1 primer with SPF30, Hyaluronic Acid for moisturising and it leaves the skin with a gorgeous golden glow. So it's amazing if you want a makeup free day to give you a glow or pop it on underneath your makeup for a healthy, luminous glow.

Foundation

We used the Urban Decay under eye concealer on Caoimhe. This is a really creamy concealer, which is exactly what you need for that underlie area to brighten, and it doesn't settle into fine lines like a heavier coverage based concealer would.

We followed this with the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation using the Buffer Brush, which is just a lovely glowing foundation, that leaves the skin looking fresh and dewy. If you're somebody who'd like a little extra coverage the NARS Longwear Radiant is a lovely option that will give you a similar finish.

Charlotte Tilbury's Genius Magic Powder and the Perfecter Brush was used to set the base, which is lovely as it doesn't add heaviness to your makeup.

Contour

Caoimhe's full contour is based on our new Summer Pop Palette, where you guys voted for the name of the summer blush (eagerly awaiting winner announcement - any day now!)

So we can't give away our new shades just yet but like our Custom Edition Palette, we applied the bronze shade to the hollows of the cheekbones, using the Sculpted Double Ended Brush. Start your contour at the ear and bring it along the cheekbones, pop a little on the sides of the nose and around the hairline too!

When it comes to any of our Powder Highlights pop them on using the opposite end of the double ended brush and apply to the tops of the cheekbones, in a C shape around the temple, along the centre / tip of the nose and the cupids bow!

And our very important blush that we asked you to name goes on the apples of the cheeks. Just smile and apply where your cheek is the plumpest and angle it slightly back towards your contour.

We also used this palette on the eyes, which is what we love about these palettes, they are so multi purpose and a real handbag necessity! We lined the eyes with Inglot 77 Gel Liner and applied with the Sculpted Angle Brush. If you're a little unsure of applying the flick, the best thing to do is use a really thin brush, like the angle brush and start mid way along the eye, working your way outwards and keep the liner as close to the lashes as possible. And we finished the look with some lightweight strip lashes!

For Caoimhe's Brows we used the Benefit Precisely My Brow in shade 3.5 and just worked it into the brow using short, natural strokes to fill in and define. Always run your spoolie of the angle brush through your brows to help define the shape and follow this!

Lips

We lined Caoimhe's lips using Bare from the Nude Edition Lip Quad and popped a lovely creamy nude lipstick on top to finish this look!

We have a full look book in our Sculpted Store Dundrum with all our signature looks detailed, so whatever you're looking for our Sculpted Squad will be able to help you!

Happy Makeovers!

Lots of love,

Sculpted Squad xx
