Refund policy

We have partnered with An Post to make any returns necessary as easy as possible for you. Should you need to return your item to us for any reason please follow these steps:

  1. Visit: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns
  2. On the Retailer dropdown menu select SCULPTED BY AIMEE.
  3. Select your reason for return .
  4. Under Retailer Order Reference please input your order number & full name. You can find your order number in the initial confirmation email from us online. Press Confirm.
  5. Select your return method - drop off to a local An Post or collection by An Post. Once decided click Continue.
  • If you select to Drop Off you will be emailed a return label from An post that you can attach to your package.
  • If you select to have it collected you will be emailed to confirm.
On the final page please insert necessary details and you will receive email confirmation with your booking number. Should you have any questions please email hello@sculptedbyaimee.com


Return Policy:

You can exchange your order at any stage once it is sealed, in its original box, resellable and still an available product within our range. Exchanges can be made online or in our Dundrum store. With every order we send out we include a free returns label so this does not incur any extra cost to you.
