Should I wear this if I have oily skin?
Yes, this product has been specially formulated for oilier skin types. If you find that your skin gets shiny or greasy, the polymers and powders in this formulation will really help mop up excess oil.

Can I combine this formula with other Beauty Base products?
Yes, you can mix and match all our products. Split the face into sections and apply Oil Control to areas that need mattifying and Beauty Base Pearl, Original or Rose Golden for areas that require extra radiance.

What does a primer do?
A primer is a base that you apply before makeup. It preps the skin so that your makeup stays on for longer and has a flawless finish.

Is Beauty Base safe to use when pregnant?
Yes, Beauty Base is safe to use when pregnant.

Is Beauty Base comedogenic?
Beauty Base is completely non-comedogenic.

Is Beauty Base suitable for sensitive skins?
Beauty Base is suitable for all skin types but we always recommend doing a test patch if you have especially sensitive skin. We have a tester available at each of our stockists.

Is Beauty Base suitable for oily skin types?
Absolutely! If you are conscious about applying a luminous base to the areas where you usually get shiny (typically the t-zone) then simply miss out those areas when applying the product. Beauty Base absorbs into the skin really well and manages to mattify without sacrificing glow.

Is Beauty Base suitable for mature skin?
Of course! Beauty Base is made for all skin types, tones and ages.

Can I wear Beauty Base on its own?
Yes you can wear Beauty Base on bare skin if you want sun protection and a radiant finish without coverage.

Do you need to wear moisturiser with Beauty Base?
Beauty Base is designed to be your SPF, primer and luminous base all in one. We recommend that you continue using a moisturiser if you have very dry or dehydrated skin. A lot of our customers like to apply Beauty Base over their serum or moisturiser so that their skin is as hydrated as possible. Beauty Base works really well over HydraGlo.
