A Fabulous Festive Look from the Comfort of Your Own Home!

Christmas is one of the best times of year to have some fun with your makeup by adding a bit of sparkle with the finishing touch of the perfect nude lip. The great thing about makeup is you can still go all out with it even from the comfort of your own home!

We’ve created a fabulous festive look using some of our most popular and beloved Sculpted Products to get you into the Christmas Spirit for this year!

Step 1: All about the Base

Let’s start with our base. We love our sister products Beauty Base and Beauty Base Pearl to give our skin the ultimate prep for our makeup. It’s a 3 in 1 primer, moisturizer and gives your skin the most gorgeous glow to the skin. Beauty Base has a more golden undertone to it and Beauty Base Pearl gives a fabulous pinky hue to the skin! You can also rest assured that your skin is protected and perfected thanks to the SPF 30 enriched within.

Step 2: Foundation- Second Skin

Next for a bit of coverage to the skin we love our Second Skin Foundation to smooth and perfect your complexion.

Our Foundation is enriched with SPF 50 and as we all know, mineral makeup is the best option for your skin! Marina chose shade Light 3.0 in the Dewy Finish for this look.

Step 3: Concealers- Brighten Up and Complete Cover Up

If you need to top up any areas for that extra bit of coverage you can go in with our Complete Cover Up and Brighten Up Concealers. Pop some of Brighten Up underneath your eyes for some added hydration, as we all know underneath the eyes is such a delicate area and needs that extra bit of care.

Complete Cover Up can then be used on top of any blemishes or areas you feel needs that extra bit of coverage.

Step 4: Buff it all in!

You can apply your foundation with our bestselling Buffer Brush, or simply with the warmth of your fingers!

We love to use our Beauty Buffer Complexion Brush to really work these products into the skin also. Use the bigger ended brush to buff your foundation in and any touch ups with your concealer can be applied with the concealer end!

For the ultimate chizzled cheekbones and glow to the skin; Beauty Blocks!

Next, to add dimension and sculpt the face, we go in with our Beauty Blocks 4 in 1 Face Palette in shade Medium, along with our Double Ended Brush which is the perfect duo for contouring and highlighting.

Step 5: Bronzer

Start by applying Medium Warm Bronzer from the tops of your cheekbones in a downward motion for the ultimate chizzled cheekbones. You can also sweep some around the temples and down the side of your nose. Don't forget to apply some into the socket of the eye for a more defined and natural smokey appearance using our Blender Blush!

Step 6: Highlighter

Lastly, apply your Champagne Cream Highlight to the highest points of your face, the tip of your nose, above the cupids bow and under need the browbone. Top it off with Golden Powder Highlight for the ultimate glow and sweep some onto your lids for a wider eye appearance. Beauty Blocks has everything you need to define, add dimension and accentuate your features for a natural-looking, radiant finish to your look.

 

If you think you didn't have enough glow to the skin, we also love to pop on our Liquid Lights Duo! They come in two shades, Gilded Glow Highlight and Pink Lite Blush.

Step 7: More Glow Please!

Gilded Glow Highlight is our liquid highlighter which can be worn on the highest points of your face such as the top of the cheekbones, the tip of your nose and underneath the brow bone. It blends seamlessly into the skin so you don't have to worry about applying liquid over powder. Again it can be applied using the warmth of your fingers in a tapping motion or you can use a small brush, whichever you feel works best for you!

Step 8: Blush, blush, blush

Our Pink Lite Liquid Blush can then be applied onto the apples of the cheeks. It gives a gorgeous, pinky, iridescent glow to the skin and we love to apply this using our mini buffer brush. Sweep some of our Sunset Sheen Blush from our Beauty Blocks using our Setter Brush to set your liquid blush for the ultimate colour boost to the skin!

They look amazing under your foundation or as the finishing touch to your look for a seamless, natural glow to the skin! 

 

For that added bit of drama to the eyes, take a pair of favourite lashes to really accentuate your eye for a more fuller, voluminous look to your lashes.

We used our Side Sweep lashes as they really compliment any eye shape.

Step 9: We love some Lashes!

Make sure to measure these up to your eye and cut off the ends to fit your own natural shape. Apply some lash glue to the strip of the lash and let it go tacky for 30 seconds-1 minute. You can use your fingers to apply or a pair of tweezers depending on what you find easiest! We start off by applying it firstly to the centre of the lash line and then sticking down each corner. 

Step 10: Application Tips

Some small tips we would recommend would be to use a small mirror when applying as it really helps to guide you where you place the lash! Remember to pinch the lashes and your own lashes together so that they blend seamlessly together.

Also, you can apply some eyeliner for more definition and a small touch of mascara so that you instantly have fuller, gorgeous lashes!

 

Step 11: Lip Duo Love

Finish off your makeup look with one of your favourite lip duos! For this look, we used our Blush Blend Double Ended Lip Duo. This has your 2 in 1 lipliner and lipstick all in the one component, so it's super handy for any touch ups throughout the day. We chose Blush Blend because it is a combination of the ultimate nude lip. Blush Blend boasts a soft pink lipstick with a slightly darker liner for the perfect neutral, nude lip. 

We start by applying the lip liner on the outer corner of our lips and bringing it up to your cupids bow. If you prefer a more poutier look you can always overdraw them slightly for a more fuller appearance to the lips! We then go in with the lipstick to fill in the rest and you now have gorgeously plump and cream lips!

 

Step 12: Lock it all into place!

Finish off your look with a quick spritz of our Hydrate and Hold Makeup Setting Spray to lock everything into place. Hydrate and Hold helps to give you a plumper look to the skin and helps to keep your makeup on for longer. The Lemon extract also helps to control skin’s oils so you don't have to worry about looking shiny either!
