Shade Match to our Concealer Collection

One thing we learned when launching our best selling Second Skin foundation range was that shade matching and us helping you guys as much as possible was key. So here is our guide to choosing our newest concealers.
Complete Cover Up Cream Concealer: This is our oil free, mineral soft matte cream concealer that is used to conceal areas that need more coverage such as redness, blemishes, scars and pigmentation etc. Or it can be used on areas where you want to bulk up the coverage of your foundation (around the nose is really common) and they should tend to last longer here too.
Good-To-Know: Non-Comedogenic, Mineral, Nourishing with Kokum Butter and Coconut extract with extra hydration thanks to Hyaluronic acid.
Brighten Up Liquid Concealer: This is our lightweight mineral liquid concealer which brightens, blurs and covers under the eyes. The skin here is super fine so this weightless feel concealer blends effortlessly.
Good-To-Know: Non comedogenic, mineral, antioxidant protection and collagen stimulation with Niacinamide and hydration thanks to Hyaluronic Acid.
We have matched our concealers to our Second Skin shades to take the hassle out of shade matching for you!
1) Porcelain 1.0:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Porcelain 1.0 as you'll see here
Brighten Up: For this we suggest shade Vanilla which is our pale cool toned under eye concealer. Although this looks darker it blends seamlessly as seen on Michelle below. If you prefer a warmer under eye concealer instead of yellow you could also use Ivory which we have compared below for you.
2) Fair 2.0:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Fair 2.0 as you'll see here.
Brighten Up: For this we have two main options; Vanilla if you prefer a cooler paler toned concealer or Ivory if you prefer a hint of warmth. Noelle here is wearing both with Fair in our Second Skin so that you can see the difference (naturally the difference can also lie in how your under eye colouring is)
3) Fair Plus 2.5:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Fair 2.5 as you'll see here.
Brighten Up: For Fair Plus we suggest our shade Ivory as it has a hint of warmth to it as Fair Plus naturally does too. You could also choose Vanilla if you wanted a lighter look.
4) Light 3.0:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Light 3.0 as you'll see here.
Brighten Up: We have suggested two different shades here for Brighten Up depending on what shade you prefer. Ivory which is the lighter tone or Beige which is a little darker and closer to Light. You'll see both of these on Marina below to give you an idea of the difference.
5) Light Plus 3.5:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Light Plus 3.5 as you'll see here.
Brighten Up: We have suggested two different shades here for Brighten depending on what shade you prefer. Ivory which is the lighter tone or Beige which is a little darker and closer to Light Plus. You'll see both of these on Carol below to give you an idea of the difference.
6) Medium 4.0:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Medium 4.0 as you'll see here.
Brighten Up: For Medium, Medium Plus and Tan as you'll see below we have two main shade options; Golden and Sand. Golden is a lighter more yellow tone or else Sand is more a peachy yellow tone and a little darker on. For Medium Golden blends in more and Sand looks a little peachier against it as you'll see below.
7) Medium Plus 4.5
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Medium Plus 4.5 as you'll see here.
Brighten Up: For Medium Plus we have two main shade options; Golden and Sand. Golden is a lighter more yellow tone which looks a little lighter versus Medium Plus or else Sand is more a peachy yellow tone and a little closer to the Medium Plus color as you'll see below
8) Tan 5.0:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Tan 5.0 as you'll see here
Brighten Up: For Tan we have two main shade options; Golden and Sand. Golden is a lighter more yellow tone or else Sand is more a peachy yellow tone and a little darker on.
9) Rich 6.0:
Complete Cover Up: We have a direct match in Rich 6.0 as you'll see here
Brighten Up: We have two options here in Caramel which is a warmer lighter tone or Cocoa which is a deeper color and closer to Rich foundation. Caramel will give a brighter under eye and Cocoa will be more camouflaged into the foundation shade depending on how you like to wear it.
