Can I wear Satin Silk Longwear Foundation if I have oily skin?

Absolutely! Satin Silk works well on oilier skin types because it wears like a soft matte and is formulated with a minimal amount of oil. Having said that, if you’re worried about shine, you can always set Satin Silk with our Velvet Veil powder or prep your skin with Beauty Base Oil Control.

Can I wear Satin Silk Longwear Foundation if I have dry skin?

Satin Silk has been formulated with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E for deep hydration and moisture. Not only will this keep skin in great condition, but it also means the product won’t flake, dry out or cake. 

What’s the difference between Satin Silk Longwear foundation and Second Skin?

Second Skin is a medium coverage liquid foundation that’s formulated with SPF50 for daily wear. Satin Silk provides higher coverage and doesn’t contain sunscreen. Both formulas are lightweight, hydrating and contain skin-boosting ingredients, so it really depends on how much coverage you want, and whether you need SPF protection. Satin Silk is a great choice for those that prefer a higher coverage foundation but don’t want it to cake, dry out or flake. 

What’s the difference between Satin Silk Longwear Foundation and Tint & Glow? 

Tint & Glow is a radiance-boosting moisturiser with a light tint and an SPF30. Satin Silk is a higher coverage foundation that has a super light feel. Both formulas are hydrating and contain skin-boosting ingredients, so it really depends on how much coverage you want, and whether you need an SPF. Satin Silk is a great choice for those that prefer a higher coverage foundation but don’t want it to cake, dry out or flake.
