By submitting an entry to the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Competition:

1. Opening and closing dates will be announced in the communications published to promote the Competition. Entries submitted after the stated closing date will not be included.
2. The Competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of Sculpted by Aimee employees and their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition or promotional partners.
3. Unless stated otherwise, there is only one entry per person. Multiple accounts held by the same person shall be treated as one entry.
4. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter and purchasing any item will neither lower nor boost your chances of winning.
5. The Competition Prize is described in the communications published to promote the Competition and is non-transferable. There is no cash or other prize alternative.
6. Sculpted by Aimee reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Competition and/or these Terms & Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
7. Sculpted by Aimee reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition and/or these Terms & Conditions without notice.
8. Sculpted by Aimee is not responsible for inaccurate prize information supplied by any 3rd party and any pictures shown ae for illustration purposes only.
9. Entries must be submitted by the entrant him/herself, entrants cannot use a third party to enter on their behalf.
10. The Winner will be notified by e-mail and all available lines of communication provided on the end date of the Competition
11. Sculpted by Aimee reserves the right to select an alternative winner if it believes that an initially selected winner has contravened any of these terms and conditions
12. Sculpted by Aimee reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that no contact has been made with an initially selected winner a 48-hour period.
13. Sculpted by Aimee are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner/s resulting from his or her acceptance of (or failure/refusal to accept) the prize.
14. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in this competition.
15. Entrants acknowledge that any persons who participate in the balloon ride may be required to sign damage and/or personal injury waivers and/or other waivers/indemnities that Sculpted by Aimee and/or the third-party provider of the balloon ride may require.
16. Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the date does not entitle the winner to an alternative and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
17. Sculpted by Aimee’s decision in relation to selection of winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Any personal data relating to competition entrants will be used in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and best practice. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Sculpted by Aimee for a reasonable period after the competition closes to assist Sculpted by Aimee to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries.
19. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta and release Meta of any and all liability in relation to this promotion. You are providing your information to Sculpted by Aimee and not Meta.
