Do I need to opt into emails?
To receive communications about your rewards, early access, and member-only offers, you’ll need to be opted into email marketing.
Your points will still track in your account even if you’re not.
What is Sculpted Society?
Sculpted Society is our loyalty programme - a community where members are rewarded for shopping with us and engaging with the brand.
Members earn points, unlock rewards, enjoy early access, and receive exclusive perks as they move through tiers.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by:
• Shopping with us (5 points for every €1 spent)
• Referring a friend
• Celebrating your birthday
• Taking part in select community activities and promotions

Points are automatically added to your account.
How do I use my points?
You can redeem your points for:
• Reward vouchers at checkout
• Full-size products
• Exclusive product rewards available to members

Available rewards will appear in your loyalty account when you’re logged in and have sufficient points for the reward to appear.
What are the loyalty tiers?
There are four tiers in Sculpted Society, based on your spend over a 12 month period:
• Member (€0–149)
• Insider (€150–299)
• Advocate (€300–499)
• Ambassador (€500+)

As you move up, you unlock more benefits and rewards.
What benefits do members get?
All members enjoy:

Higher tiers unlock additional perks like bonus points, exclusive event invites, surprise free shipping moments, and priority rewards.
What happens to my existing points?
Your points stay exactly the same. Nothing is lost - you can continue earning and redeeming them as usual.
Will my tier change when the programme relaunches?
Your tier is based on your spend over the last 12 months. You’ll be placed into the appropriate tier automatically - no action needed from you.
Can I still earn and use rewards during the relaunch period?
Yes. You can continue collecting points and redeeming available rewards as normal.
There may be a short holding page while updates go live, but your loyalty benefits won’t disappear.
Do points expire?
Points don’t expire as long as you remain active. If you haven’t engaged with the programme in a while, we’ll always give you a heads-up before anything changes.
What is the birthday reward?
Members receive bonus points on their birthday, automatically added to their account. Some tiers also enjoy surprise free shipping around their birthday.
How does referring a friend work?
When you refer a friend and they make their first purchase, you’ll receive bonus points as a thank you. Referral links are available in your loyalty account when logged in.
Can I earn points in-store or through retailers?
Yes - members can upload receipts from participating retailers to collect points. Receipt upload details can be found in your loyalty account.
What perks are exclusive to top-tier members?
Our highest tier members may receive:
• Exclusive event invitations
• Surprise free shipping weekends
• Annual competitions
• Personalised experiences

These perks are limited and offered throughout the year.

Sculpted Society Loyalty Programme Update: Rewards & Currency
We’ve recently refreshed our loyalty programme to give you more flexibility and choice in how you use your points - including new options like product rewards, which many of you asked for.

As part of this update, we’ve also standardised how reward values are applied across different currencies. This means rewards now reflect current exchange rates, so the value is consistent for all customers, wherever you’re shopping from.
Why does the £ value look different?
You may notice that the £ value of some rewards is slightly different to what was previously offered.

This is because rewards are now aligned with real-time exchange rates (for example, €30 is approximately £26), rather than using fixed values. This helps ensure that all customers receive a fair and consistent reward value globally.
Has the value of the programme changed? 
We’ve enhanced the programme overall by introducing more flexibility and new ways to redeem your points.

While some individual reward values may vary slightly due to currency conversion, you now have more choice in how you use your points - whether that’s money-off vouchers or product rewards.
Why are rewards based in €? 
Our loyalty programme is managed centrally, and using a single base currency allows us to keep rewards consistent across all regions.

Your local currency value (e.g. £) is automatically calculated using the latest exchange rate.
How do I know what my reward is worth? 
To make things as clear as possible, we now show the value of your reward in your local currency at the point of redemption - so you’ll always know exactly what you’re getting before you apply it.
Will reward values change over time? 
Because values are linked to exchange rates, you may see small fluctuations from time to time. This ensures that rewards remain fair and aligned across all currencies.
Can I use a reward voucher with another discount code?
Reward vouchers can’t be used in combination with other discount codes or promotions. They also won’t apply to already discounted items like bundles.
