Our Human Rights Policy

At Sculpted by Aimee, we believe everyone involved in bringing our products to life deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. That includes the people who make our products, move them across the world, sell them, and ultimately use them. No exceptions. We are committed to respecting human rights across our own operations, our supply chain, and every partner we work with.

Our approach is guided by internationally recognised standards, including:

These principles shape how we make decisions, how we choose partners, and what we expect from ourselves and others every day.

We recognise that the beauty and cosmetics industry can involve complex global supply chains, where risks such as forced labour, child labour, unsafe working conditions, wage exploitation and discrimination may arise, particularly for vulnerable workers. We don’t look away from these risks. We actively work to understand where they may exist and to prevent, reduce, or address harm wherever we can.

We assess both potential and actual human rights risks linked to our products, suppliers, and business relationships, focusing our attention on the areas where the risk is greatest and where action can have the most meaningful impact. This includes fair pay, safe and healthy working conditions, reasonable working hours, freedom from forced labour, respect for workers’ voices, and non-discrimination. Where we have influence, we use it responsibly and constructively to encourage better practices and stronger protections for people.

We are particularly mindful of workers in manufacturing, packaging, and logistics, as well as migrant and agency workers, who can face heightened vulnerability within global supply chains. We expect all our partners to share our commitment to treating people fairly and to meeting all applicable labour and human rights standards, not just in principle but in practice.

We expect all suppliers, contractors, business partners, and members of the Sculpted by Aimee team to uphold the standards set out in this policy and to operate in line with all applicable labour and human rights laws. We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour, unsafe working conditions, discrimination, harassment, or any form of exploitation within our operations or supply chain. Where concerns or instances of non-compliance are identified, we will investigate them responsibly and take appropriate action. This may include working closely with partners to strengthen protections for workers, improve working conditions, and drive meaningful, lasting change. Where serious breaches are identified and sustained improvement is not achieved, we may reconsider the business relationship. We believe transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement are essential to respecting and protecting human rights across our business and supply chain.

Responsibility for upholding and implementing this policy is shared across our business, with oversight from our senior leadership team. We aim to embed respect for human rights into our decision-making, supplier relationships, purchasing practices, and day-to-day operations.

We also believe this work cannot be done in isolation. We aim to work collaboratively with our suppliers, partners, and wider industry to help drive better outcomes for people wherever possible. Respecting human rights isn’t something you say once, tick off, and move on from. It’s an ongoing responsibility, and we’re committed to learning, improving, and strengthening our approach as our understanding and our business evolves.
